Enabling Zeni Treasury

Setup steps

  1. Open Treasury — Log in to app.zeni.ai, click Treasury in the left navigation, then click Enable Treasury.
  2. Choose your fund allocation — Select how to split your funds between available money market funds, or use the default recommended allocation.
  3. Schedule your first transfer — Choose your Zeni Checking account as the source and enter the amount to deposit.
  4. Complete business verification — Select the nature of your funds and submit any required documentation.
  5. You're in — Once approved, your Treasury account is activated and your first transfer is on its way.

Choosing your allocation

  • TMCXX (BlackRock TempCash): CNAV fund, settlement T+0 or T+1 depending on timing
  • MUAIX (Morgan Stanley Ultra-Short Income): FNAV fund, typically T+1 settlement

You can use the default recommended allocation or manually set your own percentages. Allocations can be updated at any time after setup.

Making your first transfer

The daily cutoff for Treasury transfers is 2:00 PM ET.

  • Transfers before 2:00 PM ET may settle the same day (T+0) if the selected fund supports it.
  • Transfers after 2:00 PM ET will settle the next business day (T+1).
Note: Treasury deposits must come from your Zeni Checking account. External transfers must first arrive in Zeni Checking, then be transferred to Treasury.

Business verification

During setup, you'll be asked to confirm the nature of your funds. If you don't already have a Zeni Checking account, you'll also need to submit additional business verification documents.
