Deposits and withdrawals

Depositing funds

All deposits into Treasury come from your Zeni Checking account.

1. Go to Treasury in the left navigation.
2. Click Transfer Funds.
3. Select your Zeni Checking account as the source and enter the amount.
4. Review your fund allocation and confirm.

Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw from Treasury at any time with no penalties or lock-up periods. Withdrawn funds always settle into your Zeni Checking account. From there, you can send to an external bank via ACH or wire.

5. Go to Treasury in the left navigation.
6. Click Transfer Funds.
7. Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm the destination (Zeni Checking).

Cutoff times and settlement

• Deposit before 2:00 PM ET: may settle same day (T+0) if fund supports it
• Deposit after 2:00 PM ET: settles next business day (T+1)
• Withdrawal before 2:00 PM ET: attempts same-day processing
• Withdrawal after 2:00 PM ET: processes next business day

Settlement into Zeni Checking typically occurs within 1–3 business days depending on the fund.

Viewing and downloading statements

8. Go to Treasury.
9. Click the settings icon (⋯) in the top-right corner.
10. Select Statement to download your monthly statement.
