Setting up your Zeni Checking Account

How to open and set up your Zeni Business Checking account, add account nicknames, and manage multiple accounts.

Opening your account

  1. Navigate to Checking — Log in to app.zeni.ai, click Checking in the left navigation, then click Setup Checking.
  2. Verify your identity — Submit documents for individual and business identity verification. If you've already verified for another Zeni product, this step may be skipped.
  3. Link a bank account — Connect your preferred existing bank account to allow transfers in and out of Zeni Checking.
  4. Enable your account — Click Enable Accounts to activate your new Zeni Checking account.

Adding a nickname

Once your account is created, give it a nickname to help identify it — especially useful if you create multiple accounts. Click Add after entering your chosen nickname.

Adding funds

Click Add Funds on your account dashboard. There is no minimum deposit required. Options:

  • Send money — transfer directly from a linked bank account
  • Transfer between accounts — move funds between your Zeni accounts
  • Pay a bill — route funds directly to a vendor payment
  • Deposit a check — take a photo to deposit a physical check
Note: Transfers typically take 1–2 business days to appear in your account balance.

Finding your account details

Need your routing or account number? Click Account Details on your individual account view to see your full banking details.
